Email Schedules

Use the Email Schedules tool to automatically send emails to participants. You can choose to send them based on the event date, registration date, and more...

To get started, select your event then Marketing Tools then Email All Participants.

Next, select who you would like the emails to send to

Click the + for Advanced Filters > add any filters > click Next

Next, you will add the content of your email > click Save and Continue

On the next screen, schedule a time to send the email, or select to send it immediately or save the email as a draft for future use.
