25Yard Swim, 3/4 Mile Bike, 1/4 Mile Run Participants with disabilities of all ages will swim one length of the pool(25Y), complete one bike loop(3/4 mile) and run one lap of the track(1/4 mile). If longer course is desired, just let us know

Ages 6-8 $30	6:00 PM	$30
25Yard Swim, 3/4 Mile Bike, 1/4 Mile Run Participants ages 6 to 8 will swim one length of the pool (25 Yard), complete one bike loop (3/4 of a mile) and run one lap around the track (1/4 mile)

Ages 9-12 $30	6:00 PM	$30
50Yard Swim, 1.5 Mile Bike, 1/4 Mile Run Participants ages 9 to 12 will swim two lengths of the pool/1 lap (50 Yard), complete two bike loops (1.5 miles) and run one lap around the track (1/4 mile)
