Attention all high school and college athletes! Get ready to test your skills and compete with your peers in the Sunflower Showdown Tri. A 4-person relay triathlon at Lake Afton Park in Goddard, KS on June 4th, 2023!

This thrilling triathlon event is exclusively open to high school and college athletes, giving you a chance to showcase your abilities and challenge yourself in a supportive environment. Teams can be all men, all women, or consist of 2 men and 2 women, making it a truly inclusive event for everyone.

Each team member will complete a 250-yard swim, a 4-mile bike ride, and a 1-mile run, with the fastest total team time determining the winner. You'll have the opportunity to work together with your teammates to strategize and achieve your best possible time, all while enjoying the stunning scenery of Lake Afton Park.
